Ensuring there is a clear understanding of what’s in the ground, its accessibility and quality is essential to effective quarry valuation

We provide resource due diligence services to both quarry owners seeking to sell a quarry and quarry companies seeking to buy a quarry, to ensure that both parties have a clear idea of what is in the ground, the quantity, quality and accessibility.

Our specialist team digitise and validate key boundaries such as Cadastral, Work Authority, Extraction, Protected Vegetation etc. to bring this information into one cohesive whole.
We then review the existing geological model/knowledge, identify any extra geological drilling/modelling required (and handle any additional drilling required) and update the geological model and pit design (as required) to determine resource and reserves (to JORC standard if needed).

We also work to review permits and conditions to ensure that there is a clear understanding of what is possible or not and to identify potential risk to a buyer.

Work is conducted by Chartered Professional Geologists and Mining Engineers who specialise in quarry extraction.
